1 Acceptance of Terms

Using any feature on the 94bet platform — including viewing odds, placing bets, participating in casino games, receiving bonuses, and making deposits or withdrawals — constitutes your automatic and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and the policies of Responsible Gambling.

2 Eligibility

To create and maintain an active account on 94bet, you must meet all of the following requirements:

3 Registration & Account

3.1 Account Creation

Registration on 94bet is free and requires the submission of accurate, up-to-date information, including your full legal name as it appears on an official ID, CPF, date of birth, a valid email address, and a personal password. The user is responsible for the accuracy of all information provided.

Only one account is permitted per individual — identified by CPF. Creating multiple accounts, even with different details, constitutes a violation of these terms and will result in the closure of all accounts involved and the cancellation of any accumulated bonuses and bonus balances.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out using your login credentials. 94bet recommends using strong passwords — combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters — and enabling two-factor authentication in your account security settings.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing your first withdrawal, 94bet requires full identity verification, known as KYC (Know Your Customer). The process requires submission of an official government-issued photo ID (RG or CNH) and a recent proof of address. The review period is up to 48 business hours, and your balance remains available for betting during that time.

4 Deposits

The minimum amount per deposit is R$ 20.00. 94bet does not charge any fees on deposits — any third-party fees (such as card processing charges) are the user's responsibility. All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the name of the 94bet account holder.

Deposits made from third-party accounts or cards will not be accepted and may be reversed, and may also result in the suspension of the account under investigation. 94bet is not responsible for deposits made incorrectly by the user — including funds sent to the wrong Pix key.

5 Withdrawals

The minimum amount per withdrawal request is R$ 30.00. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts — requests above certain amounts may be subject to an additional security review, which is communicated to the user transparently with a defined timeframe.

The preferred withdrawal method is Pix, with processing in under 5 minutes in the vast majority of cases. The Pix key provided for withdrawals must be registered under the account holder's CPF. Withdrawals to third-party bank accounts are not permitted and will result in the request being cancelled.

Withdrawal processing times may be extended in the following cases:

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New users who make their first deposit on 94bet are entitled to a welcome bonus of up to R$ 500.00. The bonus amount is credited to your bonus balance and is subject to a rollover requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified in the individual promotion) must be wagered before any funds can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover and all other conditions are clearly displayed on the promotion page before the user chooses to activate it.

6.2 General Bonus Rules

The following rules apply to all 94bet bonuses and promotions, unless otherwise stated in the specific communication for each offer:

• Each user is entitled to one use per bonus type per active period;
• Bonuses are not cumulative — only one bonus of the same type can be active at a time;
• The validity period of each bonus starts from the date it is credited;
• Bets with odds below 1.50 may not count toward the rollover for Sports Betting bonuses;
• In casino games, bets on progressive jackpot games may contribute at a reduced rate toward the rollover;
• 94bet reserves the right to cancel bonuses if there is any suspicion of abuse or violation of any clause in these terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes any attempt to exploit promotions in a way that goes against the spirit of the offer — such as creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing low-risk combination bets to artificially meet rollover requirements, or coordinating with other users to manipulate promotion outcomes. If abuse is identified, all bonuses involved will be immediately cancelled and the accounts involved may be permanently closed.

7 Sports Betting

7.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on 94bet are binding once confirmed on the platform. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled by the user — except when the cash out feature is available for that bet and the user chooses to use it before or during the event.

94bet covers betting on football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores da América, and major international leagues), volleyball (Superliga and national teams), basketball (NBB and NBA), MMA/UFC, e-sports, and other sports available on the platform. Market and odds availability may vary by event.

7.2 Bet Settlement

Sports betting results are settled based on official data provided by the relevant leagues, federations, and event organizers. In the event of a discrepancy between sources, 94bet will use the official source of the sport's governing body as the definitive reference.

If an event is cancelled, postponed for more than 24 hours, or not completed for any reason, all bets on that event will be cancelled and the amounts refunded to the account balance. Events that are suspended and resumed within 24 hours may have their bets settled based on the final result.

7.3 Live Betting & Cash Out

Live bets on 94bet are subject to real-time odds fluctuations. Users accept the risk of odds changing between the time a bet is selected and the time it is confirmed. Fluctuations above a certain percentage may trigger an additional confirmation request before the bet is placed.

The cash out feature allows users to close a bet before the final result, receiving a real-time value calculated by 94bet. The cash out amount may be lower or higher than the original stake, depending on how the event is progressing. Cash out may not be available on all bets or at all times during a live event.

8 Casino & Games

All casino games available on 94bet — including slots, crash games, live roulette, and table games — use random number generators (RNG) certified by internationally recognized independent auditors. Results are entirely random and are not influenced by previous rounds, bet volume, or any platform-side intervention.

The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are published by the responsible providers and are available for reference. RTP represents a theoretical return calculated over a large number of rounds — it does not guarantee any individual result in any specific session.

10 Account Closure

10.1 Account Closure by the User

You can request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting 94bet support via live chat or at contato@94bet.best. Before closing, we recommend withdrawing any available balance. Unclaimed balances in voluntarily closed accounts will remain available for withdrawal for 90 days after the request.

10.2 Account Closure by 94bet

94bet reserves the right to close or suspend user accounts in the following cases: violation of any clause of these terms; provision of false information during registration or verification; suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; prolonged account inactivity exceeding 24 months with no positive balance.

In the event of closure due to a terms violation, 94bet may hold the account balance during the investigation period. If the investigation confirms the violation, the balance may be forfeited. If no violation is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the user.
